PAYMENT

Our online store accepts most major credit and debit cards from across the world including Visa, MasterCard and AMEX. Payments are processed using our payment partner Stripe and our website uses the latest security to keep your information safe.

If you prefer not to make payment with your card online you are also welcome to make a payment over the phone using a credit or debit card. Please note we cannot accept AMEX over the phone.

To pay for a product(s) using a Bank or Wire Transfer simply forward your purchase order (PO). A Pro-Forma invoice will then be raised detailing our information. To avoid delays please ensure you use your Pro-Forma Invoice number as the payment reference. It should also be noted that your product(s) will not be dispatched until the funds have cleared. International payments can sometimes take up-to 5 working days depending on your location and bank; which will cause delays with dispatch. Payments that arrive short will also cause dispatch delays. We are unable to dispatch your order on receipt of your bank or wire transfer documentation. 

PayPal is an excellent tool for making quick secure payments. You can use PayPal to make purchases on our online store or we can also arrange PayPal invoices to be raised if you want to purchase direct.
