All of our products ship from our UK warehouse and are ready for dispatch within 1 working day from the completed order. We only use tracked and signed for services.
As soon as your part(s) has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Notification email detailing the couriers name & tracking number. Please ensure you keep note of this tracking number and track accordingly.
Should any unforeseen issues cause a dispatch delay we will contact you ASAP.
All delivery addresses within the UK receive free standard delivery. The delivery aim is 2-3 working days from day of dispatch. You are welcome to contact regarding urgent shipping services.
Unless stated on the product listing page the majority of products we ship to the EU incur a £9.95 shipping fee. The delivery aim is 5-7 working days from day of dispatch. You are welcome to contact regarding urgent services.

The delivery aim is 3-10 working days from day of dispatch. You are welcome to contact regarding urgent services. Some of our heavy products you will need to provide a delivery address to obtain a quote.
For insurance purposes we declare the actual cost you have paid for the item on all paperwork and invoices. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay any charges relating to the import of goods into your country, which may include import/custom tax, courier administration fees and/or duties. It may be possible to estimate these charges by contacting the courier and/or your countries import/export government department. Under no circumstances do we accept responsibility/liability for local taxes and/or customs duties that may be payable upon delivery.
